Rick Wilson

Senior Pastor

Pastor Rick has been involved in full time ministry since 1982, serving as a Christian School Teacher, Associate Pastor, Solo Pastor, Corporate/Hospice Chaplain and Senior Pastor.

Born in Marion, North Carolina, he grew up in Flint, Michigan. He has ministered in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and since fall of 2013, in Virginia.

Rick's personal mission statement summarizes his passion, "I exist to glorify God by loving Him with all my heart, soul, mind and strength; to love my neighbor as myself; to love and care for my wife and family; to serve God through my call as Pastor; and to lead people to a dynamic personal relationship with Jesus Christ."

A graduate of Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Studies and Baptist Bible Seminary with a Master of Ministries degree, he enjoys preaching, teaching and shepherding God's people.

Pastor Rick is married to Nancy, who graduated from Bob Jones University. Nancy has worked in public education administration, at Penn State University, and currently is employed as an Administrative Assistant at Christopher Newport University in the Department of History. In his spare time, Pastor Rick enjoys motorsports, music, and Penn State sports.
