David Wilson has been in full-time Christian ministry for over 22 years. Prior to accepting the position of senior pastor at Denbigh in 2003, he served for 13 years as a pastor in New York and Pennsylvania, and for 5 years with a missionary agency in Harrisburg, PA. The Wilson family includes 4 children, ages 14-21.
Pastor’s education was completed through Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA; Tyndale Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX; and Master’s International Divinity School in Evansville, IN, where he was awarded the Doctor of Practical Theology degree in Biblical Preaching.
Pastor Dave and his wife, Jodi, have produced two recordings as an extension of their love for music and the leading of God’s people in worship. His greatest joy however, is to see people transformed through interaction with the Word of God. Consequently, a main focus of his ministry is the preparation of relevant, expositional messages from the Bible that speak to the everyday needs of our church family and those who visit with us.

Chuck Newman served as Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor in three different churches before accepting a role as a pastor in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. After a total of 18 years in ministry, Pastor Newman began his work here at Denbigh in 2004 as the Associate Pastor. Chuck and his wife Pat have two teenage children.
The youth ministry team (junior and senior high) is under the direction of the Newmans. This team is comprised of about 15 adults who minister to our young people in public meetings, discipleship groups and in social settings.
Pastor Chuck’s burden is to break down “fences,” encouraging our church family to see the world around us as Jesus sees it. He has a passion to see people, both young and old, reach out to our community, and is implementing opportunities for Denbigh to “look beyond our walls” through creative outreach.
Pastor Newman is also responsible for leading us as we expand our small group ministry and strengthen our discipleship program.
