Our College and Career ministry is known as STAND which is Serving Together And Nurturing Disciples and is based on I Corinthians 16:13, 14 which says:

13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. 14 Do everything in love.

Our focus is on both college and career minded young adults from around age 18 to their mid-20s. We want to minister both to those who are here locally as well as those from our church who are away at college. Our group meets every Sunday morning at 9:45 AM upstairs in the Family Life Center for Bible study. In addition, we regularly get together for some sort of fellowship event.  We also seek to serve our church and there are a number of opportunities throughout DBC to get involved.
